3. Products & Pricing

All products are intended for B2B wholesale. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse orders that appear to be for personal/retail use (we may request business documentation).
  • Adjust prices without prior notice due to raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or supply chain changes.
  • Modify product specifications, packaging, or accessories as part of continuous improvement. Major changes will be communicated in advance.
  • Set minimum order quantities (MOQ) per product, which are displayed on each product page.

Prices displayed on the website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed via formal quotation (PDF/email) issued by our sales team.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

  1. Receipt of a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or Order Confirmation.
  2. Receipt of payment (or deposit for custom OEM/ODM orders).
  3. Confirmation of stock availability.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Stock products: 100% payment before shipment (T/T, PayPal, L/C at sight).
  • Custom OEM/ODM orders: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment (T/T).
  • Large recurring orders (USD 50,000+): Net 30 terms may be available subject to credit check.

4.3 Currency

We accept payment in USD, EUR, CNY, and major Asian currencies (VND, PHP, MYR, THB). Exchange rates are based on the day's mid-market rate + 1% margin.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, product designs, technical specifications) is the property of RZLD Electronics or our licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. OEM customers retain rights to their custom branding but not to RZLD's underlying product IP.

6. Warranty

  • Standard warranty: 12 months from delivery date against manufacturing defects.
  • Extended warranty: Available for purchase on bulk orders (up to 36 months).
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by external factors.
  • Defective products under warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RZLD Electronics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RZLD Electronics harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of our products.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, carrier disruptions, or factory/supplier failures.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good-faith negotiation (preferred).
  2. Mediation at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou.
  3. Arbitration under CIETAC rules (binding).

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the current version. Continued use of our website or placement of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
