Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at RZLD Electronics (锐泽联达广州进出口有限公司). We specialize in B2B wholesale of consumer electronics including OWS open-ear headphones, semiconductor phone coolers, Bluetooth speakers, and smart wearables. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale and bulk orders placed through our website or via direct contact with our sales team.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products on arrival (DOA - Dead On Arrival)
  • Incorrect product shipped (wrong model, color, or specification)
  • Quality issues confirmed by our QC team with photo/video evidence
  • Significant discrepancies between ordered quantity and delivered quantity (≥5% short shipment)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Products damaged by the buyer after delivery (physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modification)
  • Custom OEM/ODM orders with custom specifications, branding, or packaging (unless DOA)
  • Products with missing serial numbers, original packaging, or accessories
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Sample orders under 5 units (final sale)

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at young@gzrzld.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the product back to our Guangzhou warehouse with the RMA clearly marked. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method:

  • Wire Transfer (T/T): Refunded to the originating bank account within 7-10 business days.
  • PayPal: Refunded within 3-5 business days.
  • Credit Card: Refunded within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started. Once production begins (especially for OEM/ODM orders), cancellations are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee depending on the order stage.
