Shipping Policy

RZLD Electronics (锐泽联达广州进出口有限公司) ships B2B wholesale orders worldwide from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Below is our shipping policy for international wholesale orders.

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable international carriers including:

  • DHL Express (recommended for samples and small orders)
  • FedEx International Priority
  • UPS Worldwide Express
  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) (recommended for bulk orders ≥1 CBM)
  • Air Freight (for medium-volume urgent orders)

We can also ship via your nominated freight forwarder if preferred.

2. Processing Time

  • In-stock products: Ships within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom OEM/ODM orders: 15-30 days production + shipping time (varies by order complexity).
  • Sample orders: Ships within 2-3 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and volume
  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • Incoterms (FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF, DDP, etc.)

For orders over USD 5,000 (or equivalent), we offer free shipping on standard express methods to most Southeast Asian countries. Contact us for a custom quote for large-volume orders.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website or via our B2B portal.

6. Customs & Duties

By default, we ship under FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen terms (buyer responsible for import duties and taxes). We can also arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for select destinations — please contact our sales team for a quote.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their products can be legally imported into their country. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates (CE, FCC, RoHS) as needed.

7. Insurance

All express shipments include basic carrier insurance. For high-value orders (over USD 10,000), we recommend purchasing additional insurance. Sea freight insurance is available upon request.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date.
  2. Provide photos of the package and damage (if applicable).
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund within 10-15 business days after carrier confirmation.
