1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock products, our typical MOQ starts at 50 units per model. This is small enough for independent retailers to test a product line, and scalable for distributors ready to expand.
For OEM orders with custom branding, the MOQ is higher and depends on the product category and customization requirements. Contact us with your project details and we will give you a specific answer.
2. What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms for stock products are:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% balance paid before shipment
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, and Western Union for smaller orders. For established partners with a track record, we can discuss more flexible terms.
3. What is the typical lead time?
- Stock products: 7 to 15 days after payment confirmation, depending on quantity and destination.
- OEM/ODM orders: 30 to 45 days, including sample approval and production.
- Custom packaging: Add 7 to 10 days for design finalization and printing.
We will give you an exact timeline before you confirm any order.
4. Which shipping terms do you support?
We work with all major international trade terms to match your business model:
- EXW (Ex Works) — You arrange pickup from our Guangzhou warehouse
- FOB (Free On Board) — We deliver to the port and load the container
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — We arrange shipping to your destination port
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — We handle everything, including customs clearance at your end

5. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are encouraged — we want you to feel the product quality before committing to a larger order.
Sample costs depend on the product and quantity. In many cases, sample fees can be refunded against your first bulk order. Shipping is typically paid by the buyer.
6. Do your products come with warranties?
Yes. All our products carry a standard 6 to 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The exact period depends on the product category — we will confirm the warranty terms with your order.
If you receive defective units, we replace them in the next shipment or issue a credit, depending on the situation.
7. Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We work with reliable factory partners and can support both:
- OEM (Your Brand): We manufacture products with your logo, packaging, and design
- ODM (Custom Design): Our design team works with you to develop products from concept to finished goods
OEM/ODM projects have higher MOQs and longer lead times, but the upside is a product line that is uniquely yours.
8. What certifications do your products have?
Our products meet the certification requirements of major Southeast Asian markets, including:
- FCC, CE, RoHS for electronics safety and materials
- Vietnam (VNTA), Philippines (NTC), Malaysia (SIRIM) where applicable
Specific certifications vary by product. We will share the relevant documents with you before you place an order.
9. Can you help with custom packaging?
Yes. We support custom retail packaging, including:
- Logo printing on the product and box
- Multi-language user manuals (English, Vietnamese, Filipino, Malay, Chinese)
- Customized gift boxes for promotions and corporate gifting
Custom packaging usually requires a small additional setup fee and a longer lead time, but it is one of the easiest ways to make your brand stand out at retail.
