Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 100 units per SKU for first orders. Mixed SKUs within the same product category are accepted. For repeat orders, MOQ may be negotiated lower.
Can I mix product categories in one order?
Yes, mixed categories are accepted as long as each category meets the 100-unit minimum. Common combinations: OWS headphones + phone coolers, or Bluetooth speakers + handheld fans.
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

Lead Time & Shipping
What is RZLD's lead time?
Standard lead time is 30–45 days from PO confirmation to shipment, depending on quantity and customization. OEM orders may extend to 50–60 days.
Does RZLD offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms?
Yes. RZLD provides buyout agency service with DDP terms for Vietnam, Philippines, and Malaysia distributors. Duties and import fees are handled before delivery, giving you clear landed cost.
What shipping methods are available?
For Southeast Asia: sea freight (FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou) or DDP (door-to-door). For Europe: sea freight or air freight depending on urgency. Express courier (DHL/FedEx) available for samples.
What is the difference between buyout agency and dropshipping?
RZLD only offers buyout agency service. Distributors purchase and own inventory from day one, giving them full control over pricing, branding, and customer relationships. We do not offer dropshipping or fulfillment-by-manufacturer services.
